Simple to make, incredible result. Brioche is recommended (egg-y bread), but you could use white bread, or white cake (cut out all sugar if you do), instead.

A good coffee house, where you can actually work. Food was ok (my spinach pie was actually half frozen), and service is somewhat bad, but they have a decent seleciton of loose leaf teas. A good place to work, lots of space, light, and not too buzy.

A very interesting cake; a cake with a kick! I never had a spicy cake before, and this recipe with cayenne paper accomplished just that. It tastes great, and if you don't want the kick, just omit the cayenne, the rest tastes great as well.

An OK pizza, but their very thin crust is also too cooked, so it's hard. Slices of portobello were really thin. Overal, ok, but nothing fantastic. Would probably not order it again.

Une petite recette facile, qui produit de l'orzo (petite pâte ressemblant à du riz) ressemblant à un risotto. Les crevettes ajoutent des protéines agréables. Je l'ai mangé le lendemain, froid, pour le lunch, et c'était excellent.

Une bonne recette de poulet, ma première recette chinoise qui ressemble vraiment à quelque chose que tu pourrais commander dans un resto chinois. La sauce est un peu trop ketchupé/orangé à mon goût, je jouerais avec les proportions la prochaine fois.

An excellent and very easy cupcake recipe. My first ever icing as well, and it's simply fabulous (and I don't really like icing). I did the vanilla with rasberry icing.

I'm never too keen on French toast in restaurants, it's so disappointing in general. But this one was fantastic. It's made from really good cinnamon raisin bread, and it's worth it!
