This recipe is my absolute favorite of everything that my mom makes! I'm not sure where she got the original recipe, but I know that she's catered it over the years to her liking. You won't find a better pot pie, and the crust is almost as good as the creamy herbed filling.

This is easily the best chicken pot pie I've ever had. The crust doesn't dry out the filling, there's flavor without over-peppering, and the taste is rich.
