Flour tortillas are inexpensive and seem so ordinary, why would anyone want to make them at home? Well, you won't believe how good they are. This recipe makes 8-11 of them, which is never enough. It's a good thing, though, they are at their best right off the griddle--whether you decide to make a burrito, melt a few chocolate chips & a tsp of raspberry jam before you roll, or simply butter them well.
