This would have to be my favorite cooking magazine by far. It is full with recipes, hints, tips and ideas. And the best part about it is that there are very few ads. There recipes are always well tested and turn out well and you never feel that using one is too risky. I would recomend this magazine as being the best cooking magazine out there, good for beginners as well as old pros.

I've been a devoted fan of Cook's Illustrated for ages. I love the hand-drawn illustrations, and I think their cooking and baking tips are excellent.
