The last time I visited Emmaus, I forced my hosts to do a Wally's dinner just so I could have a Squealer. If they delivered to Massachusetts, I would order weekly. If you get a medium, you can have half for dinner and save the other half for lunch the next day... or at least, I can. Sometimes I just want to eat it all. Plenty of meat, plenty of veggies, and sometimes it's a challenge to get your mouth around it all and not have some squirt out while you're biting down. There's something about the taste of a Wally's Hog which is impossible to duplicate elsewhere.
