I've visited Sarah's in two locations in Wiscasset and, once, in Camden. (Not sure if the Camden one is still open.) The sandwiches are good but the soup is superb, as is the bread.

Sarah's sits right on the river in Wiscasset, and they might even have deck seating in the summer if I remember correctly. It tends to always be busy with tourists, but it is one of few options in the area. The food is decent and I remember the prices being quite reasonable. The desserts come highly recommended, as well.
