    The chicken was excellent, however the sauce really left something to be desired, it wasn't quite as thick as I would have liked, nor was the taste quite what I was looking for. All and all a good dish, however I think it would take a few more times of making this dish before I really felt like I had gotten it right. Shows excellent promise.
