I leave myself plenty of time to make this cake. It is easier to make if you don't have to rush any of the steps--and always well worth the considerable effort required. The processes of making the sponge layers and the mousse are both easy. It is the final assembly that can make you tear your hair a bit. Just follow the instructions and know how delicious is always tastes.
