SO GOOD--the secret ingredient is cardamom, which is really tasty with chocolate. The cake is easy to make--as long as you butter the pan very thoroughly. It has an elegant appearance & tastes better than you thought possible. I have had people whom I know cannot cook ask me for this recipe. I guess they just want to be prepared in case someone offers to bake them a cake!
