    These are really good -- I preferred the thinner ones that I made, though.

    I thought these were quite tasty topped with a little lemon and some sour cream. We shaped them in pretty thick slabs and they were really cakey rather than crisp. I think we'll try them a little thinner and cook them a little longer next time.
