Description
This is my basic whole wheat bread, with honey. Nothing esoteric; just a breadmaker, flour, water, some oil (olive or vegetable), honey, salt and yeast. I've had varying luck making this without gluten; also, you can substitute maple sugar for the honey(!) Great sandwich bread.

You have to pay attention to this a bit; I continually forget the gluten and wind up with a lump. It's pretty dense stuff, too, but good sandwich bread and great in (say) a panini maker.
