I was really impressed by this risotto, although the prosciutto made more of an impression than the artichoke hearts.

This was a terrific recipe! Risotto is really worth the effort, and this dish had a great flavor...parmesan cheese, basil, artichoke hearts and proscuitto. We actually substituted bacon for the proscuitto, and it was still great.
