This is one of the better whole wheat sandwich breads that I've tried. Not too dense, with a nice sweet flavor. It does take longer than some wheat breads, for the rising time is divided up unusually. It's started with a sponge, and after the dough is formed, you let it sit for 30 minutes before beginning the kneading process. I new approach for me, but it seems to work!
