This is a relatively easy to make blueberry cake that is very good. It is made in an 8 x 8 pan with a sprinkle of granulated sugar on top. It does take several bowls to make it, so if you are fussy about too much clean up, perhaps another recipe is the way to go. This one, however, makes a consistantly good cake.
