    These are fussy to make, but worth the effort. They have a fancy "teatime" appearance & are so yummy. They are one of my personal favorites among sweets. If you want something that tastes as good, but is much more straightforward to make, you can cut single scones the normal thickness and apply the raspberry jam at the table.
