While this recipe prescribes that it takes a long time--which it definitely does, there is quite a bit of flexibility in exactly when each step needs your attention. It's really great for someone like me who works at home and uses my breaktime to get a little cooking or laundry done. I can imagine, though, that it would also be possible to figure out how to do a bit before one leaves for the day and pick things up upon return. The reward of tasty homemade pizza seems like it might be worth a try.
