A decent use for fish, this recipe may have been better if I'd followed the directions and actually used cod or haddock. I think I had tilapia in the fridge, and the fish just didn't have as much flavor as I would have preferred. The sauce made of tomatoes, onions and olives is very tasty, but I'd probably like it better over chicken.
