    Great if you don't keep buttermilk in your fridge.  They are dreamy fluffy, but watch carefully when they are baking.  The recipe says 10-12 minutes at 450, and they looked almost perfect at 10, and were overdone at 12.  They start to fall as soon as they are done apparently.  Still tasted great, with a nice flake and taste.  Remember that pat of butter on the top as they go into the oven.
