This has quickly become one of my all-time favorite cookbooks! I have really liked every single recipe that I have tried without a single failure.
Not only are the recipes good, but there is loads of other useful information, tips, and techniques. Charts and lists of basic information that is normally "assumed" that we know. Beginning cooks would not always know everything. I've learned a great deal from it.
I think that it is a fabulous cookbook!
