This book is a good resource for anyone who likes to bake--or who would like to know how. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. It covers a lot of basic recipes for wholesome delicious baked goods--some of which you've probably wondered how to make and some of which you may not even thought of. Ken Haedrich's entertaining writing style makes learning to bake more fun. Besides, he is a man who bakes with his kids...
