This is more of the basic good recipes that are contained in the first of her books, Cooking Down East. This one, however, has a recipe for chocolate chip cookies that is out of this world. This recipe allowed me to say I could bake a better chocolate chip cookie than my mother-in-law, not an easy claim to make!
