I have tried many of the recipes in this book. Most notable is the Chocolate Cream pie recipe. All recipes are rich, elegent and delicious! It is a favorite of mine. All recipes use, understandably, Hershey products, but you don't have to. The recipes are easy to use and require no special equipment or cooking skills. They are just plain good.
