I love this recipe and make it a lot. I would make it more frequently except it requires 3 dishes for cooking (steaming the cauliflower, sauteing the onions, and broiling the final result). Since I'm without a dishwasher, I make sure I'm up to the challenge of washing the dishes later! But all in all, it's a great dish. But don't skimp on the ingredients, because it definitely affects things. The lemon, parsley, honey and capers are crucial. Without those, the sweet and tangy flavors might be out of whack. A side note, I've made this gratin (minus the tomatoes and the oven component), and put it as a topping on pizza (with tomato sauce). It's great!
